Mr. McAdams was born in Jackson, Tennessee, on August 10, 1952. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, receiving a B.S. in Communications in 1974. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1977.

Mr. McAdams joined the law firm in 1977 and has practiced with the firm since that date. Mr. McAdams is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Mr. McAdams practices in the fields of corporate law, business and real estate transactions, land planning and corporate financial transactions.
