Biography

Haleigh graduated magna cum laude in 2016 from Carson-Newman University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, where she was honored with the Health Science Department’s Most Outstanding Graduate Award. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2019, serving as Student Materials Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow, and a Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Court Student Member. Her academic distinction earned her multiple honors, including the American Journal of Trial Advocacy Vulcan Materials Writing Award.

Following law school, Haleigh returned to her hometown of Knoxville and began her career at Bernstein, Stair & McAdams, where she has established a comprehensive practice spanning all areas of family law. She represents clients in a wide range of domestic relations matters—including divorce litigation, complex marital asset division, child custody disputes, spousal support, child support modifications, post-divorce enforcement matters, and prenuptial agreements—guiding individuals and families through challenging legal transitions with tailored, compassionate, and strategic advocacy.

Recognized as a leading voice in her field, Haleigh was named a CityView Magazine Top Attorney in Family Law from 2021 through 2026 and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Family Law in 2022 – 2026.

 Haleigh is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, and the American Bar Association. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family.
