Biography

Haleigh graduated magna cum laude in 2016 from Carson Newman University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science where she received the most outstanding graduate award in the Health Science Department. After graduating cum laude from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2019, Haleigh returned to Knoxville and began her legal career at Bernstein, Stair & McAdams. During her time in law school, she served as Student Materials Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, served as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow, and a Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Court Student Member.

She has received several awards recognizing her academic excellence, including the American Journal of Trial Advocacy Vulcan Materials Writing Award. Haleigh is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, Alabama Bar, and the American Bar Association. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching sports, , and playing with her Goldendoodle.

She has been recognized by CityView Magazine as Top Attorney in Family Law in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. She was selected as a “Rising Star” in Family Law in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
