Biography

Hudson is an attorney with Bernstein, Stair & McAdams LLP, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and business-related disputes in Knoxville and throughout East Tennessee. His practice includes business and corporate law matters, employment law disputes, construction litigation, insurance-related claims, real estate development issues, and probate-related matters.

A Knoxville native, Hudson brings a strong academic foundation and competitive trial background to his legal practice. He graduated summa cum laude from Transylvania University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Accounting, where he served as captain of the baseball team and earned Academic All-American honors in two consecutive years.

Hudson went on to attend Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and the Brock School of Business, earning both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration in 2024. During law school, Hudson distinguished himself through academic and trial excellence, earning numerous awards, including:

• James O. Haley Trial Competition Winner (2022)
• Two-Time Finalist, Henninger Garrison Davis Closing Competition (2022, 2023)
• Scholar of Merit Award for receiving the top grade in Deposition Skills

After graduating cum laude from Cumberland School of Law, Hudson returned to Knoxville to begin his legal career at Bernstein, Stair & McAdams. He is actively involved in representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters, with particular emphasis on business disputes, construction-related litigation, employment law issues, and insurance-related claims. Hudson also assists clients with estate planning matters, helping individuals and families develop practical, customized plans to protect their assets and provide clarity for the future.

Hudson is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Alabama and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, and the American Bar Association.

Outside of his legal practice, Hudson enjoys golfing, staying active, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
