Biography

Caesar attended Emory University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics. In May 2005, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review and the Order of the Coif. In November 2005, Caesar was admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee and joined the firm that same year. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.

Caesar currently serves on the Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont Board of Directors and previously served as the Chair of the Knoxville Museum of Art Board of Trustees and the President of the Great Smoky Mountains Conservation Association.  He also serves as General Counsel to Knox Heritage Inc.
