Biography

Tyler attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where he graduated cum laude and received his Bachelor of Arts. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1993 where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. In 1993, he was admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee. In 1997, Tyler joined Bernstein, Stair & McAdams. With 31 years of experience practicing law, Tyler practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance law, business & corporate law, employment law, probate, bankruptcy, and construction law. Tyler has tried a multitude of bench and jury trials throughout the State of Tennessee.

Tyler is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute. In addition, Tyler spends his free time coaching the middle school baseball team at the Christian Academy of Knoxville, which he has done for over a decade, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
